1. Scope of Services

GeekPCBs specializes in the sale of electronic reproduction parts and supplies, focusing primarily on arcade and pinball boards and parts.

2. Product Information and Compatibility

We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our products, including descriptions, specifications, and compatibility guidance. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely free of errors or omissions.

You are responsible for confirming a product is suitable for your specific machine and setup (including revisions, prior repairs or modifications, wiring, connectors, voltage requirements, and other variations). If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us before making a purchase.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

By placing an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including billing and shipping details. You also agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

GeekPCBs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where permitted by law, including where there is a suspected fraudulent transaction, a stock availability issue, or an obvious pricing or listing error. If an order (or part of an order) is cancelled, any payment received for the cancelled items will be refunded.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping costs may apply.

If an item is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will assist you to the extent reasonably possible by working with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

5. Installation, Safety, and Use

Some of our products may require technical expertise for installation, testing, and use. While we provide guidance and support to the best of our ability, GeekPCBs is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, incorrect wiring, incorrect voltage, or other external causes.

If you are unsure about installation or safe use, we strongly recommend seeking professional assistance.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time with your order number, photos (where relevant), and a clear description of the issue. We may request troubleshooting steps and/or that the item be returned for inspection.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, incorrect wiring, incorrect voltage, electrostatic discharge (ESD), or other external causes is not covered.

Change of mind returns are only accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned within 14 days in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the buyer’s responsibility. Any original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeekPCBs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our products (including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, business interruption, or data loss).

Where liability cannot be excluded, GeekPCBs’ liability is limited (at our option and to the extent permitted by law) to the replacement, repair, or refund of the goods supplied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GeekPCBs against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of our products, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another party, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

GeekPCBs reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Changes take effect from the time they are posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
