Products and Compatibility

Are GeekPCBs boards direct replacements for original boards?

Many GeekPCBs boards are designed around the original board’s connections and functions, making installation and fault-finding familiar. Some obsolete components may be replaced with suitable modern alternatives. Always check the product description, board number and compatibility information before ordering.

Check the machine manual, the part number printed on the original board and the compatibility information on the product page. When uncertain, contact us with the machine model, original board number and clear photographs before placing your order.

Check the available JAMMA adapters and compare the listed game and board pinouts. When your game is not listed, contact us with the game title, board version and pinout information so we can determine whether a suitable adapter is available.

The supplied format varies between products. A product may be provided as a completed assembly, a component kit or a bare PCB. The product description will explain exactly what is included.

The red solder mask gives GeekPCBs products a distinctive and consistent appearance while making them easy to identify. Board colour does not affect compatibility or electrical performance.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. GeekPCBs ships to many international destinations. Available shipping methods and costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and the products being ordered.

Add the required products to your cart and enter the delivery destination during checkout. The available shipping options and costs will be displayed before payment is completed.

Photograph the parcel, packaging and affected product as soon as possible. Contact us with your order number and the photographs so the issue can be assessed. Avoid modifying or attempting to repair the product before contacting us.

Replacement components may be available for selected GeekPCBs products. Contact us with the product name, order number and the part required, and we will confirm availability.

Do you provide technical support?

GeekPCBs provides practical product support for installation, compatibility and troubleshooting. Include as much information as possible when contacting us so the issue can be assessed accurately.

Include your order number, machine or game model, board revision, clear photographs, a description of the fault and any voltage measurements or troubleshooting already completed.

GeekPCBs considers custom PCB design and reproduction projects for arcade, pinball and other electronic applications. Provide the original board, schematic, required functions, expected quantity and any important physical dimensions when requesting an assessment.

Some obsolete boards can be reproduced, depending on the available documentation, sample hardware, component availability, complexity and expected demand. Each reproduction project must be assessed individually.

Boards are inspected during production, with completed assemblies tested where applicable before dispatch. The exact inspection and testing process depends on the type and function of the product.
