Each display uses a dual-board system, with an LED face board interlocked and soldered to a driver board, reducing vibration issues and extending the life of your pinball machine during gameplay.
The main driver board utilizes a smart mix of traditional through hole and modern surface mount components. This hybrid design not only simplifies assembly and fault detection but also provides thermal stability. High-temperature-rated surface mounted ICs and a 125°C filter capacitor help protect your display from fluctuations in headboard temperatures.
You can easily configure the display by toggling a jumper to add or remove the decimal dot. This makes the Bally Stern 6 Digit Display flexible for different pinball setups, while keeping installation simple.
Each display includes a pre-installed foam/bezel kit that surrounds the LED face for a clean, professional fit in your pinball cabinet.
