Description

Game Overview:

Marion has been kidnapped by the Black or Shadow Warriors and is now a hostage. In a two-player mode, both players will battle against enemies throughout the game, but they can also accidentally harm each other. At the game’s climax, when both players reach the end, they must face off in a one-on-one duel to determine who will rescue Marion.

Gameplay:

Players progress through four different stages: starting on a street, then moving through a factory, a jungle/forest, and finally ending up in a castle. Various moves are available, such as back-kicks, elbows, head-butts, uppercuts, knee strikes, and throws. Players can disarm enemies and use weapons like knives, clubs, whips, and dynamite against them. Additionally, objects such as oil drums, crates, and large rocks can be thrown at enemies. The main objective is to walk forward and defeat anyone in your path until the game is completed.

The third level is notably long, and without sufficient practice, you might run out of time and lose a life. There are also instant death scenarios, like jumping over bridges and avoiding holes.

The fourth level is relatively short, featuring only about six enemies.

Players can choose between Billy, with blue clothes, blonde hair, and blue eyes (player 1), or Jimmy, with red clothes, brunette hair, and green eyes (player 2).

Enemies:

  • Williams: A generic punk who isn’t very strong but uses various weapons such as baseball bats, dynamite, and daggers.
  • Lopar: Stronger than Williams, he enjoys throwing items like oil drums, rocks, and boxes.
  • Lindas: A female punk who usually carries a whip. She’s fragile and less common than other enemies.
  • Bolo: A big, strong adversary who likes to throw people around.
  • Abobo: The first boss, resembling Mr. T. Similar to Bolo, with a green version appearing at the end of Mission 3.
  • Jeff: The second boss, who looks just like the player character and matches their skills, making him hard to grasp.
  • Willy: The final boss, equipped with a machine gun and ready to use it.
